Official remastered reissue of the raunchy Hungarian psych rock cult hit from 1973. Zalatnay Sarolta’s fourth album “Hadd Mondjam El’' has been a slavishly sought-after relic by ostrock purveyors and sample hunters since the 90s. Throughout her long career she’s been a reality TV star and a schlager hit singer loved nationwide. Her early albums, however, painted a different picture. “Hadd Mondjam El” was a commercial flop but its daring contents have stood the test of time, the album becoming a …

** LP Box + Insert ** Special edition in replica of the original boxset version. The respected Japanese jazz drummer Akira Ishikawa was not messing around when he recorded the 'Uganda (Dawn Of Rock)' album with his band the Count Buffaloes. For this offering, originally released in 1972 on Toshiba Records, Akira Ishikawa takes us on a deep tripped-out journey. 'Uganda (Dawn Of Rock)' is a fusion of progressive and psych rock with African percussion workouts, dergy-wah wah blues-funk, and jazzy s…
In this release the uncharted waters of Fairport Convention’s early voyages across the UK, European and American airwaves are navigated. Fairport initially focused on covers of future classics by US / Canadian singer-songwriters such as Joni Mitchell, Leonard Cohen, Richard Farina and Bob Dylan, but delivered these covers in increasingly extended electric versions, becoming England’s answer to Jefferson Airplane. Within two years the band evolved into the prime-movers of British electric folk-ro…
Mythos was formed in 1969 on the initiative of Stephan Kaske (flute, keyboards, vocals, guitar), who found two comrades-in-arms in Harald Weisse (bass) and Thomas Hildebrand (drums). Various performances impressed label boss and talent scout Rolf-Ulrich Kaiser so much that the band was able to release their debut album on the Ohr label in 1972. This album was also re-recorded and remastered from the original analog tapes. Best sound!
Fuzz guitars, organ, celestial vocal harmonies, a single effort and then…eternity (or obscurity if you look at the other side of the coin). In 1968 leader Richard Atkins - Richard Manning his artistic partner & co-writer, hence the name - was building toward success, his musical adventures and philosophy not that far from the likes of The Byrds or the more eccentric Simon & Garfunkel. He’d won a contract with Mercury Records, and recorded with the Wrecking Crew members, a group of Los Angeles …
* Much-needed 2022 repress **A true Krautrock classic from the archives. In 1976 Brian Eno visited Harmonia's studio in the Weserbergland region of northern Germany to create what would become one of the most cherished artifacts of the genre on 'Tracks and Traces'. Harmonia comprised of multi instrumentalists Hans Joachim Roedelius and Dieter Mobius (also known as Cluster) with former Kraftwerk and Neu member, Michael Rother, and together with the like-minded synth maestro Eno they created twelv…
*Limited edition of 400 copies in 4 colours numbered to 100 copies each.* Los Elementales- Fuerzas Magicas De La Naturaleza was composed and originally released in 1977, at the apex of Arco Iris’ prolific musical career. A well-deserved successor to Agitor Lucens, it is their most prog-oriented masterpiece, a veritable distillation of years of uniquely carved and meticulously executed psych/folk/jazz tunes that earned them their reputation among Argentina’s cultural pantheon’s finest. If nature …
Temporary nicer price * 500 copies, 180 gr. Orange vinyl * Electric Frankenstein was the solo project of the multi instrumentalist Paolo Tofani who is best known for his work with the band Area. Tofani plays all the instruments by himself on this lone Electric Frankenstein album. The result is a highly satisfying mix of psychedelia and progressive rock, a guitar extravaganza with long spacey guitar solos by Tofani and all the instruments played by himself, the album will appeal to acid-psych lo…
* First ever vinyl repress. Limited to 500 copies, 140 gr. Yellow Vinyl. Replica of the original, gatefold cover and printed inner * Definitely the best album of this Brazilian-born, Italian rock guitarist and songwriter, who skillfully blended excellent Italian rock of the mid-70's with some exotic Brazilian influences. Alberto Camerini was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and he stayed there until the age of eleven, when he relocated to Milan. There he soon became involved in rock music, first teami…
Temporary nicer price * High quality vinyl reissue with remastered sound. Transparent vinyl * Originally released in 1979 on Cramps. This is Arti E Mestieri's second album. More dynamic and inspired than their debut title The sound has not changed much in comparison to the previous album but it is slightly less raw and vocals prevent from getting much focus on instrumental prowess. Arguably there is less space for brass instrument and more vocalized sections. Drums are usually more aggressive …
* 180 gr. Red Vinyl. Digitally remastered * Originally released in 1977. "Although Claudio Rocchi is probably better known for his earlier material on other labels, his offering on Cramps from 1977 A Fuoco is a good showcase for his own talents (vocals, synthesizers, songwriting, and production) as well as his knack for surrounding himself with top notch musicians. Ostensibly a pop-singer, his skillful mastery of dynamics and clever arrangements put him on a par with the pre-glam/pre-disco wor…
Digitally remastered for the first time at 192 khz and 24 bit. From the original master tapes. Originally released in 1970. Claudio Rocchi was the original bass guitarist of Stormy Six, and played on their first album Le idee di oggi per la musica di domani, leaving the band soon after the album release for a solo career that started in 1970 with the first album, Viaggio, mainly acoustic and with good flute, with a large use of reverb, feedback and sound experiments
Here we have another magical achievement of the early 70’s counterculture. Officially released in 1972 on the small imprint Westwood Recordings, the album has an intimate, predominantly acoustic flavor. Flutes, chimes and gentle organ sounds all over the place. Tales of faraway lands, sand, sea, castles, kings, queens and even Peter Pan dominates the scene, imposing a sort of ancestral feel. Rob Armstrong, the leader of the group, became a renowned luthier and you can hear the care and love of t…
“Markley - A Group” is the sixth and final album by the American psychedelic rock group, the West Coast Pop Art Experimental Band, and was released in 1970 on Forward Records, owned by Mike Curb. The album was released under another group name, Markley A Group, as decided by the group owner, Bob Markley. It features compositions by Danny Harris, Michael Lloyd and Shaun Harris with lyrics by Bob himself. The content is simple and soft, reminiscent of the band's earlier work. A gently pop-psych st…
**Back in print !** A monster on its own ‘Ceremony-Buddha Meet Rock’ still is one of the most enigmatic record coming out of the early seventies Japanese underground. Composers Yusuke Hoguchi and Naoki Tachikawa are the main conspirators here. The album is clearly informed by the flower power counterculture, is full-on mysticism – with Buddha chants all over the place – and trippy guitar playing make room for an otherwordly experience. The album opens with a rendition of 'Holy Thursday' lifted …
Remastered sound, faithfull gatefold sleeve reproduction, insert with liner notes. A limited repressing of only 500 copies - please note that the first pressing sold like hot bread and has been unavailable ever since, do not miss this killer edition repressed by popular demand! With several connections to the early Kraftwerk history and formed in the Rhineland area in 1971, Ibliss was a quintet formed by percussionist Basil Hammoudi (from Organisation, the band before Kraftwerk), drummer Andreas…
Viva Boma was Cos second LP, originally issued in November 1976, and added some African influences to the mix, including the cover which, designed by Alain Goutier upon a concept by Daniel Schell, depicted a trio of hipopotamus that made reference to Boma, a portuary city at the banks of the river Congo, and Bomma, Belgian word for grandmother (hence the title appearing either with one or two m's on different parts of the artwork).
The Wah Wah reissue comes housed in a beautiful reproduction of …
The origins of Cos date back to the second half of the sixties when Daniel Schell joined forces with Jean-Paul Musette, Pascale Son and Robert Pernet to form Classroom. When Classroom split, Daniel Schell and Pascale Son moved ahead and formed Cos together with Charles Loos, Alain Goutier and Bob Dartsch. They produced an experimental jazz rock sound linked to the influences above mentioned, but without being mere copycats since they always managed to keep to their own personality.
Babel was…
