Laetitia
*2022 stock* Italian cult band in which play 2 former members of Ain Soph as well as other well known musicians of the Roman underground. At the time of the last release by Circus Joy “Improvvisa Azione Paganini", noise was turned into pleasure and sex; in their new work, "Laetitia", there is no pleasure in noise without sorrow , and sorrow takes over... this CD is not only a sonic tribute to Pop-Art, as its cover clearly shows, or to the noise-psychedelic rock of Velvet Underground (one of the …
Boulder Blues
*In process of stocking* "Every album from the band, whose core members currently reside in the UK and Israel, feels like an invitation into a space outside the mundane. When playing live, visuals from Danil Gertman, drawn and projected in real time, are an intrinsic part of their performance. Like those visuals’ movement from amorphous constellations of colour into concrete characters and landscapes, Staraya Derevnya swing from flurries of abstract folk sounds into propulsive, swampy grooves. I…
Tenderness Junction
*2022 stock.* The Fugs were the original outsider artists, releasing their first recordings on the legendary avant-garde label ESP-Disk' in the mid-1960s before signing to Reprise. Formed around the core of Ed Sanders and Tuli Kupferberg, The Fugs combined jug band music, smutty rock'n'roll, country ballads, Gregorian chants, canticles, and bohemian poetry into a stoned stew of anti-establishment freakouts! Now their first two albums for Reprise are available on vinyl for the first time since th…
Azimut
* 500 copies. 180 gr. Red vinyl, 50th anniversary edition *  First album from the one of the best Italian jazz-rock band (formed in Rome in 71), and the first of a few masterpieces in a row, all of them being distinctive from one another. Perigeo has their sound somewhere between Free Jazz, Soft Machine, Nucleus and Miles Davis' Bitches Brew period.  Rising on spacey noises, the sublime Posto Di Non Dove starts to grab you with a quiet electric piano over a Floyd-like organ and Tommaso’s superb …
Solo Works. Kollektion 07
Dieter Moebius is one of the most important protagonists of avant-garde electronic music in Germany. Alongside his bands Kluster/Cluster and Harmonia, he participated in numerous collaborations (with the likes of Brian Eno and Mani Neumeier/Guru Guru). Seven years after Moebius passed away in July 2015, Asmus Tietchens, one of his musical companions, compiled this collection for Bureau B – he concentrated on his solo works "as they offer the clearest insight into his personality and inventive po…
The Faust Tapes
There’s something perversely fabulous about the thought of this warped masterwork wandering into 60,000 unsuspecting British homes in 1973. Faust’s second-and-a-half album hit the shops to celebrate their signing to the nascent Virgin Records, who were looking to take advantage of the zeitgeist for German music at that time. Undeterred by the fact the band’s unwillingness to engage with the commercial landscape had seen them dropped from Polydor, Branson and co cooked up a suitably spectacular m…
Creepy John Thomas + Brother Bat Bone
2LP in bundle. This is an official release in cooperation with Ax Genrich. Ax Genrich joined Guru Guru in 1970 as the extraordinary guitarist on their first five albums. One can`t overstate Ax Genrich`s talent, as one of the most phenomenal and unique German guitarists (Freeman Brothers in “The crack in the cosmic egg“). The music on his first solo album Highdelberg comes from recording sessions with Conny Plank at the controls and the music was done by friends stopping by to jam. With the likes…
Heresie
Tip! Sub Rosa present a reissue of Univers Zero's second album Heresie, originally released in 1979. A classic of chamber rock music, featuring heavy use of dissonance and dark, brooding, and extremely complex melodies. "This music on this LP might have little to do with rock, and might also be a massive downer, but the quality of the writing and playing is extremely high. Michel Berckmans' solo work on oboe and bassoon work is magnificent, and Patrick Hanappier's string playing (violin and viol…
Join Inn
* 50th anniversary * MG.ART announce the reissue of Join Inn as part three of the authorized 50th anniversary "A.R.T." re-edition series. Join Inn is the fourth album by Ash Ra Tempel. It was recorded at Studio Dierks and originally released on LP by Ohr Musik-Produktion Each side of the LP comprises one long track. In 1972, Ash Ra Tempel teamed up again with Klaus Schulze during the recording of Walter Wegmüller's Tarot album, and after one of the recording sessions, Ash Ra Tempel members Enke,…
Seven Up
Seven Up was mainly recorded at the Sinus Studio in Bern, Switzerland in August 1972. Timothy Leary was living in exile in Switzerland at the time of the album's creation, having escaped from prison in San Luis Obispo, California - the name "Seven Up" was thought up by lyricist Brian Barritt, after the group were given a bottle of the lemonade drink 7 Up that had been spiked with LSD.
Come With Me
This is the first official re-release on vinyl under licensed courtesy of Cherry Red Records Ltd, UK, remastered from an original master copy. Rust were Australian born John Thomas on guitar and vocals and two Englishmen, Brian Hillman on drums and Walt Monaghan on bass and vocals, immersed in the beginnings of the kraut scene in Germany. Originally recorded in autumn 1968 and released in early 1969 on the German HörZu label, their album 'Come With Me' is something of a lost mini-classic. In Aus…
Kuni Kawachi & Flower Travelling Band
The japanese keyboard player, vocalist, songwriter and arranger joined forces with members of the Flower Travelling Band on this amazing 1970 release. Published for the sole Japanese market on major company London Records, the album is still considered one of the top release in its own right, publicly praised by Julian Cope as a cornerstone of the (heavy) psych counterculture. Sharing some efforts with british contemporaries, the album is a brilliant example of how a – basically – hard rock comb…
H.P. Lovecraft II
The 2nd chapter, yet a revelation. Released on Philips in 1968, right after their ’67 self titled album this iconic psych-folk masterpiece still detain a refreshing and revelatory approach. The Chicago band, named after American supernatural fiction writer, is on the verge of some weird songwriting experience, as suggested by some explicit titles as Mobius Trip or At The Mountains Of Madness. Celestial electro-acoustic harmonies and spacey keyboards gave way to mystical show, still entertaining …
An Old Castle of Transylvania
Originally formed in 1968 under the name The Silencer, Nagoya, Japan progressive rock band Cosmos Factory didn't change their name until their 1983 debut on Nippon Columbia with "An Old Castle Of Transylvania". Loaded with heavy psychedelia and prog rock guitar moments, experimentally blended with the use of Hammond and Mellotron, the band lead by keyboardist / vocalist Tsutomu Izumi takes you on an adventure throughout the dark forests of Transylvania. Throughout the years, the album has become…
Wave On
First ever reissue of this impossible to find private acid-folk album from France, 1972, related to Long Orme and originally released as a tiny pressing on cult Kiosque d’Orphée label (the French Deroy). Recorded by French musician Dominique Droin (later a Gipsy Kings backing musician!) and some friends/musicians at a basement studio, the album has a charming homemade vibe and melancholic atmosphere with a strong UK folk influence (think Donovan, John Renbourn, Bert Jansch or Nick Drake). Beauti…
The Running Man
Top notch hard progressive album with blues/jazz influences, originally released in 1972 on the collectable RCA-Neon label. Featuring the legendary Ray Russell (John Barry Seven, Graham Bond, Georgie Fame…) on devastating fuzz guitar plus Alan Greed (Harsh Reality) on bass, Alan Rushton (Mouse) on drums and Gary Windo (Centipede) on sax. Bootlegged many times on vinyl, here’s an official reissue with fantastic remastered sound by Ray Russell, original artwork in gatefold sleeve plus color insert…

Made In Japan
*In process of stocking* Absinthe Records present a reissue of Flower Travellin' Band's Made in Japan - originally released in 1972. Following critical acclaim but meager record sales in their native Japan after their superb debut album, Satori (ASH 3002CD/LP), Yuya Uchida and his Flower Travellin' Band decamped to Canada following an invitation to open for local jazz-rock outfit Lighthouse. While there, Lighthouse leader and keyboard player Paul Hoffert offered to produce the band's next studio…
The Madcap Laughs
*2022 stock. In process of stocking* 180g vinyl reissue gatefold LP on Rhino. ‘The Madcap Laughs’ is the debut solo album by the English singer-songwriter recorded after Syd Barrett had left Pink Floyd. That appears to be the pre-release we were given. It is, intermittently, one of the finest albums of its era. Not slick by any stretch of the imagination but full of left-field ideas.
