An extremely rare Toshi Ichiyanagi art edition LP. Deluxe art edition boxset only available for gallery exhibition in Tokyo in 1982 and not available elsewhere. Housed in silver box with book, outer sleeve and many inserts with calligraphic art
Yuichi Inoue (1916-85) was an avant-garde calligraphy artist. This remarkable collaboration was realized by a curator Masaomi Unagami in 1982. This edition is consisted of 6 calligraphy of Yuichi's 'Taka' (hawk), Shohei O'Oka's short novel 'Taka' and fantastic picture LP. Toshi Ichiyanagi's 'Kaikou' (an encounter) for string trio and reading of 'Taka' by an actor Kyoko Kishida (with Ichiyanagi's inside played piano) are recorded in this LP. The LP was quite obscure in the field of avant-garde music because this edition was sold for Yuichi's fan mainly and was available only the gallery. Numbered by Yuichi himself and designed by Kouhei Sugiura.
