Bakterien & Batterien
*2022 stock* In autumn 2013, Hamburg's formaldehyd electronaut Felix Kubin and the ominous ninepiece Warsaw orchestra Mitch & Mitch joined forces to produce an avant-pop-backwards-jazz-library-record. Inspired by the work of the BBC Radiophonic Workshop, Polish and Czech film soundtracks, easy listening, musique concrète and various other bizarre style icons, they invited German producer legend Tobias Levin to be their electric conduit. With their faces turned to the dark side of the moon and th…

Naga Mountain
** Edition of 200 copies.** Lasse Marhaug and Jon Wesseltoft have collaborated in a variety of projects over the years, but started the Tongues of Mount Meru duo back in 2008 as a collaboration to pursue their shared interest in sustained and closely calibrated sounds, and the phenomenological impact they have on the act of listening. They started recording a session each year from 2008 to 2011 in Oslo utilising harmoniums, organs, shruti boxes, oscillators, and computers and accumulated a large…
Malar
Big Tip! Uwalmassa shape their relationship with various forms of musical heritage into technical and stylish forms on Malar, marrying acoustic sonics with a contemporary outlook that reflects their Indonesian identity; evolving, mutating, and scavenging traditions to draw parallels to dance music, and to test the adaptability and flexibility of those sounds. Here the collective go dark and deep in their first album-length collaboration with Mana, casting long shadows and moving snake style at s…
Hauntology In UK
“Hauntology” is one of those difficult philosophy words that seems designed to exist on the margins of our consciousness. The term originates in the work of the notorious Algerian-born French philosopher Jacques Derrida, and is first mentioned in his book Specters of Marx, which was originally delivered as a series of lectures at the University of California in 1993. In Derrida, the concept of hauntology is very much a political one. But the word "hauntology" has gained the currency it has today…

Big Can
*In process of stocking* "There was this large, abandoned, cylindrical metal object, maybe an oil tank. In 2009, several people cam to the site and made some noise. They were Otomo Yoshihide, Ryu Hankil, Yuen Cheewai, Yan Jun, Sachiko M, Yang Ge, Xian Qiang, Hong Qile, Gogo J, Olivier Heux and Junyuan. The sounds chosen are refreshingly non-obvious, no fist-banging on the interior walls. There are soft clocks and drips as well as a number of sustained sounds–whistling, moaning, keening–that don’…
Parade
Parade is organized by Tadashi Yonago and Kayu Nakada living in Osaka. It is an event in the open air for sounds since Aug 2017, that held on an irregular base.  Artists play at a spot they choose, such of a road side of downtown, residential area, parks, riverside... And we can listen the performance fused with the situation/atmosphere of the place.

The Vanishing
The Vanishing is the long-awaited return of abstract electronic duo Oren Ambarchi & Martin Ng, in a remarkable collaboration with the acclaimed new music group Ensemble Offspring. Working together with the ensemble in 2013 for a series of concerts & recording sessions, Ambarchi & Ng developed a suite of pieces that build on the distinctive sonic language established by their three previous duo albums - released between 2000 & 2006 - of ringing bell-like tones & sustained hums with a new palette …
The Topography of Ascending Frameworks
"The Topography of Ascending Frameworks marks the final instalment of the Constructions Trilogy; a longform conceptual recording project that explored a large scale idea-based framework to guide improvised composition. The trilogy began in 2011 with The Geography of Collapsing Structures, a study of deconstructive forces as applied to composition. In 2012, Cycle~ 440 recorded The Cartography of Shifting Planes, an exploration of the musical potential of the line and of constant variation through…
Daemon Trances I-VI
This album is about trauma and PTSD. The music portrays the emotional loop... the continuous reminiscing about the traumatic event the never-ending anxiety and paralyzing panic attacks... ... from which a traumatized person simply cannot escape. I call this state the daemon trance (and, unfortunately, I know it far too well...)

Sol Invictus is released on the Dutch Esc.rec. label. The liner notes tell the tale of d’…
Unichtozheniye
Xambuca does not really exist in the material space time continuum. Instead, Xambuca conceptually feeds on the subconscious figment of a host's imagination; a host that has a tendency to encounter its name or symbols in passing by mere coincidence.
Substunce Sans Scrupule
"Substunce Sans Scrupule" is a dream. A hazy dream born in the emptiness between the words of "Igitur ou La folie d'Elbehnon" by Stéphane Mallarmé. A dream that sought Marcel Proust's lost time and constituted the light and the black void between the single frame of Gregory Markopoulos. It is the birth and the destruction of the work of art, primitivism and science. "Substunce Sans Scrupule" is as much Georgios Karamanolaki's automatic writing on the work of Jean-Marc Foussat as Jean-Marc Foussa…
Monoliths
**200 copies limited edition** "The occasion of this double album is to present the two different practices in my music, live performance and studio work. Although phenomenally coming from a different place, it is a result of years of experimentations to bring a simple yet complete electroacoustic set up both on stage and in studio. The original idea was to compose or perform with acoustic instruments generating sustained sounds in a way that, although electronically manipulated, would retain al…
