Born in New York City, Rue spent his early years pulsing back-and-forth between the city and Woodstock, NY. A kid regular at his grandfather's iconic '90s club Vinyl, Rue kept his eyes on DJs like Danny Tenaglia and Timmy Regisford in the booth.
