Formed in 1967, the Quatuor de jazz libre du Québec (QJLQ) was a force to be reckoned with in post-Quiet Revolution Quebec. Between 1967 and 1970, the QJLQ shared the stage with artists such as Louise Forestier, Robert Charlebois and l'Infonie.
