Komendarek in recordings from the late 80s and early 90s, prepared for the interdisciplinary Ars Electronica festival. Avant-garde madness against the background of ingenious sequences. Previously unpublished material appears on CD for the first time. By the end of the 80s, Władysław Komendarek had already established himself in Poland as a leading creator of electronic music. However, he did not rest on his laurels, and when he found an opportunity to take part in a futuristic review Ars Electronica, organized in Linz, Austria, he did not think long. He appeared twice among the creators of this unusual festival and competition, proposing music much more daring than the pieces known from his previous records.
Mixing avant-garde inclinations with pulsating sequencers and Komendarek's characteristic melodies makes these recordings from the years 1989-90 one of the most interesting achievements in the composer's oeuvre. Until now - completely unknown. The material was remastered from the original tapes and supplemented with a booklet with a short sketch about the project. The album continues the comprehensive series of reissues of Władysław Komendarek's back-catalogue prepared by GAD Records since 2014.
