"In Limbo represents, after a cassette recorded in 1984, the band's first recording effort. It is a work that fits well into the dark-wave of the period, taking its first steps from the post-rock of Cabaret Voltaire and the instinctiveness of Virgin Prunes. Interesting is the use of synths to create electronic textures that would not be out of place in the soundtrack of a Nosferatu revisited in an eighties key as in Untitled 2, or that create a framework in which the bass lines are inserted, powerful, listening to I Hate You to believe. Gianluca Becuzzi's voice becomes insinuating and disturbing at the same time, the incipit of Poisoned Kisses is spectral and then you have the impression of running among the gargoyles on the roofs of a gothic cathedral."
