Reissue of the 1995 follow-up to "Touch." Denser, & perhaps heavier than before, but not abandoning song structure. Like "Touch," this is a swirling, claustrophobic maelstrom of sound led by Stephen Cogle's distinctive, warbling baritone. There's a sonic density at work in the best of the group's songs; an ever-expanding wall of noise that threatens to collapse & engulf the listener in its murky cacophony. Remastered by Brian Cook w/ 2 bonus tracks - a cover of Roxy Music's "Both Ends Burning" & a live version of "Do the Void." Also includes substantial liner notes by NZ musicologist Jon Dale.
