An eclectic assortment of bumping, scratching, fluttering sounds blend seamlessly together with his signature heavy tape manipulations. The melancholic and emotionally charged elements found on many Altar of Flies releases are less present here, creating a more ambiguous dry atmosphere, as if sitting wide awake in the eye of the storm that was the summer of 2020.
